Born and bred in the heart of the countryside, he's still got that rural spirit in him. Surprisingly, Leicester wasn't much of a reader when he was growin' up; he was more into admiring the pictures than reading the words. Little did he know that his love for illustrations would eventually lead him down the path of becoming a children's author, crafting stories inspired by their family's country life.
