A True Country Kid Turned Children's Author, Spreading Joy through Stories

G'day! Let me introduce you to Leicester Clarke, a true North Canterbury local who's got country blood runnin' through his veins. Born and bred in the heart of the countryside, he's still got that rural spirit in him. Surprisingly, Leicester wasn't much of a reader when he was growin' up; he was more into admiring the pictures than reading the words. Little did he know that his love for illustrations would eventually lead him down the path of becoming a children's author, crafting stories inspired by their family's country life.

Introducing Hamish Reid - Illustrator

I am primarily a Digital artist, however I do create in watercolour paint, ink, pencil, acrylic, and photography too! I quickly realized that Digital Art is a very efficient medium to work with, giving me many options on how to approach the client's design brief. It enables me to send back an image to the client within a short time to gain feedback, which means I can hone in on what the final image should look like.

I think that working digitally gives me huge scope with the variety of drawing and painting tools available to me, and creatively, this allows very imaginative ideas to come forth for a totally original piece of art.

My aim is to always surprise and exceed the client's expectations with a totally vibrant and unique piece of work!
